The Ruby Bus: 1970 Bay Window

Story of this Bay Window: This 1970 Bay Window Bus came to us from a customer some time ago and his been in the shop family for almost two years. The Bus has seen some great updates and its history is a bit uncertain. The paint and bodywork was handled approximately three years ago prior to our ownership and it is a quality paint job. Once the van was queued up for a conversion the team decided to take the time to use this as a test mule for new production parts and everything on this Bus is now in full production and listed on the website.

There were also a few other systems that were restored on this Vanagon while it was in the shop for its build.
- Steering system rebuild
- CV service performed on axles
- Fuel system - resealed. new fuel pump/filter
- Late model spindle upgrade
