Synthetic Blend Motor Oil: 15W/40

AC Delco Motor Oil: 15W/40.  This is the synthetic blend is what we recommend for 2.2L conversions to help manage and extend the life of your "older style" conversion.  This is the motor oil we recommend for our California customers who are using our products to support his/her Kennedy kits.  

One gallon.  Remember you need 5 quarts so get 2!
